Patent Attorney of Ukraine Kozeletska Oxana OlexandrivnaEducation:1994 - has graduated from T.G. Shevchenko Kyiv State University, a faculty of law. Specialty - jurisprudence, qualification - lawyer; 2004 - has graduated from the Institute of Intellectual Property and Right. Specialty - intellectual property; qualification - expert on intellectual property; 2004 - has finished the program of base preparation of estimators under the specialization "Estimation of rights to the objects of intellectual property " 2004 - has finished the advanced training courses under the program of preparation of patent attorneys in the Institute of Intellectual Property and Right.
Operational Experience: For a period of activity have been successfully rendered the services in all areas and under all objects of the right of intellectual property. Obtaining of rights - preparation for state registration and support in the competent state bodies have been carried out and there have been provided receiving the titles of protection for more than one hundred objects of intellectual property. Transfer of rights - patent office activity has provided preparation of projects for more than sixty agreements concerning transfer of rights to the objects of intellectual property, preparation of materials for twenty applications for state registration of the agreements on transfer of rights and fifteen license agreements. The rights of the owners of the objects of intellectual property have been protected in the pre-trial order and in the courts of the general jurisdiction (Solomyansky, Shevchenkovsky and Pechersk courts), Economic court of Kyiv and in the courts of appeal. About thirty legal cases have been successfully completed. The estimation of the rights of intellectual property to three marks for goods and services and two computer programs has been carried out. The patent office provides granting diverse advisory services on all issues concerning legal aspects of obtaining, protection and estimation. Kozeletska Oxana Olexandrivna is a full member of all-Ukrainian Association of Patent Attorneys.
